In a nutshell
Hexagon Innovations is a young, creative company that specializes in transforming ideas into working products. We focus on product development and production of (carbon fibre) composite products and plastic infusion molding products. We specialize in tailor-made support in engineering and design processes.  Here at Hexagon we create working prototypes starting only with the clients rough scetches.
We apply a no-nonsense mentality whan it comes to creating new products, we like to keep it simple. We maintain this by beïng close to the source. In other words: we have all the engineering and production facilities to get your idea into a working and selling product.

Getting your product physical
Getting your idea off the drawing board, into reality is a big step. Some of our main activities are: (composite) product design, engineering and development. We take great value in being able to handle fast when a client needs us to, being flexible and staying flexible therefore is one of our main goals.
If an existing product needs to be upgraded by replacing the metal with composite, the possibilities are endless. The achievable weight reduction is enormous, without loosing any of the mechanical propeties.

Optimizing your productionprocess & upscaling
Producing composite products on a large scale in europe isn’t profitable in many cases, moving your production to Eastern-Europe or Asia are possibility’s, but the big risk in upscaling your production in other parts of the world keeps you from making a decision.
Company’s have the habit to think that outsourcing the production can only be profitable and low-risk when you plan to produce in very large numbers. Well, we’ve got some good news: this isn’t always the case.

We have partners abroad that can even do single products and single mold fabrication at very competitive rates. Hexagon Innovations puts a lot of effort and time into selecting reliable companies abroad which can produce (carbon fibre) composite products on a large scale, but also on a more accesible, smaller scale.
